We’re seeking a driven and client-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and be the bridge between our clients and internal operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Manage promotional activities such as print ads, brochures, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors' strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials.
• Maintain an active presence on social media and local business directories.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Diploma holders with experience may apply).
• 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and marketing software.
• Valid driver’s license (if required for client visits).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
