Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients including doctors, hospitals, health insurance companies, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and mutually beneficial.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
