Job Summary: We are a growing import and distribution company based in Chennai, dealing in a wide range of products imported from China. Our operations include both retail and wholesale channels. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to focus on wholesale sales, responsible for approaching retail shop owners, wholesalers, and distributors in and around Chennai and across Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell imported products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with B2B clients. Conduct regular field visits to client locations in Chennai and surrounding districts. Generate wholesale orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely deliveries. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Follow up on payments and ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the company at local trade events or exhibitions, if any. Maintain proper records of sales, leads, client feedback, and reporting to management. Key Requirements: Proven experience in wholesale or B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, imported goods, or general trade. Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus). Ability to travel locally and within Tamil Nadu. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile-based reporting tools. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. Experience in dealing with retail shops and distributors. Compensation: Fixed Salary (Based on Experience) + Incentives + Allowances
