Role Overview

marketing, sales support, and executive assistance

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 

  client communications

  : follow-up calls, lead nurturing, and responding to inquiries.
• Manage 

  emails and quotations

  : prepare professional quotes on Excel, track client orders, and maintain records.

• Support 

  marketing activities

  :
• Posting and managing content on social media platforms.
• Coordinating with designers/agencies for ads and campaigns.
• Assisting in running lead-generation campaigns.
• Conduct 

  basic research

   on potential clients, competitors, and markets.
• Provide 

  executive assistance

   to management, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and client support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or business development.
• Strong skills in 

  Excel, email handling, and basic digital marketing

  .
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
