We are scaling and are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growth. Role Overview This is an on-site full-time role combining marketing, sales support, and executive assistance . You will work directly with the management, assisting in day-to-day business operations while driving marketing and lead generation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Handle client communications : follow-up calls, lead nurturing, and responding to inquiries. Manage emails and quotations : prepare professional quotes on Excel, track client orders, and maintain records. Support marketing activities : Posting and managing content on social media platforms. Coordinating with designers/agencies for ads and campaigns. Assisting in running lead-generation campaigns. Conduct basic research on potential clients, competitors, and markets. Provide executive assistance to management, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow. Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and client support. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or business development.
