We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to contribute to our business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing brand visibility across channels. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Present and promote products/services to clients based on their needs. Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Marketing Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline). Manage social media content, email campaigns, and brand promotions. Coordinate with the design team for brochures, ads, and promotional materials. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, or industry events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–4 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing platforms.
