Salary: 15,000/- per month

Position Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the road construction industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our construction materials, services, and solutions to contractors, and private sector clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of road construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis:
• Research market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, new technologies, and innovations in road construction.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the road construction sector.
• Promote and sell the company’s construction materials, services, and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management in the construction industry, preferably road construction.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of road construction processes, materials, and services.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
