Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar energy systems and water purifiers. Visit potential customers to assess needs, demonstrate products, and provide technical and commercial solutions. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and expand the client database through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in solar and water purification sectors. Participate in marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products. Skills & Competencies: Proven sales experience in solar energy systems, water purifiers, or related fields. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong customer relationship and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Basic understanding of solar PV systems, RO/UV water purification technologies, and installation processes (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel as required.
