Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate for Royal Enfield motorcycles, your primary role will be to understand customer needs and queries effectively. You will be responsible for pitching key features of the motorcycles based on individual customer requirements. Providing a satisfactory test ride experience to meet customer expectations and following up on bookings will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to monitor and ensure customer satisfaction within the store premises and coordinate various marketing activities. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in customer service or sales - Strong knowledge and understanding of Royal Enfield motorcycles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Previous experience in coordinating marketing activities would be a plus As a full-time employee, you will be entitled to benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work location for this role is in person, ensuring that you can directly engage with customers and provide them with a seamless experience.,
