***URGENT HIRING*** **PSJ TVS SHOWROOM - AUTHORIZED MAIN DEALER OF TVS TWO WHEELER** Location: Asansol, Jamuria, Barakar, Disergarh, Rupnarayanpur. Key Responsibilities: Drive retail and field sales for two-wheelers Actively pursue new customer leads and close sales Build lasting relationships with customers and dealers Achieve monthly targets and support marketing campaigns Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction Responsibilities: -Proven track record in hardcore sales -Welcome customers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect vehicle. -Achieve Daily and monthly retail target and contribute to team success. -Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads into sales. -Gather and analyze competition information from the market. -Highlight the innovative features, performance, and benefits of our vehicles. -Offer optional accessories and after-sales services such as registration, insurance, and maintenance. -Follow up with potential buyers, providing exceptional service at every step. -Calculate and present pricing, discounts, and financing options clearly. -Coordinate seamless vehicle delivery with storekeepers and customer relations representatives. -Stay updated on new Bike Models and advise customers on availability. Skills and Qualifications: -Strong communication and negotiation skills, English proficiency is a plus. -Sales experiance is a plus, preferably in the automotive sector. -Minumum 10 pass or any relevant field -Customer-focused with a drive to exceed expectations.
