Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle job card opening, service billing, and delivery timelines. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and adherence to service SOPs. Coordinate with spare parts and front office teams for seamless workflow. Requirements: 3+ years experience in a similar role (automotive service industry). Strong leadership and technical knowledge of two-wheelers. Excellent communication and team management skills. Knowledge of service management software preferred.
