Job Title: Marketing Executive – Corporate Sales (Laptops, Desktops & Mobiles) Company: Placewell Systems and Solutions Pvt Ltd Location: Siliguri / Gangtok About Us: Placewell has been a trusted name in IT and mobility retail for over 25 years. We are expanding our corporate outreach and looking for dynamic field executives to sell laptops, desktops, and mobile phones to institutional buyers and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Visit corporate offices, institutions, and commercial businesses for B2B sales Pitch, negotiate, and close deals on IT and mobile solutions Maintain lead funnel, follow-ups, and accurate reporting Coordinate with backend for stock and billing Ensure after-sales client relationship management Eligibility: Minimum 1 year of field sales/corporate sales experience Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali/Nepali Own two-wheeler with a valid license Basic knowledge of laptops & smartphones preferred Salary & Incentive Structure: Fixed: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month Minimum survival target: 15 units/month Incentive: ₹350 per unit (after survival target) Petrol reimbursement: ₹2.5 per km based on actuals Earning Potential: ₹19,250 – ₹22,000+ per month Other Details: Reporting Time: 10:00 AM Weekly Off: As per roster (not on weekends or peak days) Reporting Location: Hill Cart Road / City Centre / Gangtok Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
