Job Title: Accountant Location: [Insert Location – e.g., Hill Cart Road / City Centre, Siliguri] Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM Company: Placewell Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ⸻ Job Responsibilities: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Professional Tax (P. Tax) returns accurately and timely. Maintain books of accounts and reconcile accounts regularly. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Draft and respond to business correspondence and emails clearly in English. Work with internal and external stakeholders including CA firms and auditors. ⸻ Eligibility Criteria: Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a CA firm. Overall 3 to 5 years of accounting experience. Skills Required: Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, P. Tax filing. Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Good communication in English (verbal and written) – should be able to draft professional emails. Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally/Busy/Zoho Books (optional but preferred). ⸻ Salary & Benefits: Salary as per industry standards and candidate’s experience.
