Responsibilities: Distributor Onboarding & Management : Identify, onboard, and manage regional distributors to expand market reach. E-commerce Partnerships & Account Handling : Manage and grow accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and pet-specialty platforms. Retail & Vet Channel Development : Build strong relationships with pet shops, veterinary clinics, and feeder communities to drive product penetration. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions : Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to boost visibility and sales. Market Research & Competitor Tracking : Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Business Development : Explore and expand new sales channels, partnerships, and promotional opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, distributor/channel management, and business development . Hands-on experience in e-commerce account handling (Amazon, Flipkart, niche platforms preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of marketing campaign planning & execution . Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media promotion . Ability to conduct market research & competitor analysis . Strong relationship-building and networking abilities with stakeholders (pet shops, vets, communities). Willingness to travel frequently for business expansion.
