Job Description: Solar Marketing Executive Position Summary The Solar Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to promote the company’s solar products and services. The role focuses on lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and supporting the sales team through targeted campaigns Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement marketing plans to promote solar solutions (rooftop solar, EPC services, commercial systems, etc.). Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Plan marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution. Qualifications & Skills Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related field. Experience 1–2 years of experience in marketing (solar/renewable energy sector preferred). Experience in digital and performance marketing is an added advantage. Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of solar products and the renewable energy market. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM, SEO tools). Creative thinking and ability to design basic marketing content. Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
