Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, building brand presence, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits, marketing initiatives, and regular follow-ups. The position is open to both fresh graduates eager to start their career in sales & marketing and experienced professionals aiming to grow further in this domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients to expand the company’s customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Client Engagement: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Sales Outreach: Present and promote company products/services through in-person meetings, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Activities: Support in executing on-ground marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand awareness activities to boost visibility.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to suggest effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Lead Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure consistent engagement and successful deal closures.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, marketing efforts, client interactions, and performance reports.
  • Product & Market Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings and market positioning to confidently communicate value to clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Age: Up to 35 years
  • Gender: Male candidates preferred
  • Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced applicants
  • Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
  • Sales & Marketing Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Field Exposure: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an added advantage
  • Mobility: Should own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license for client visits and on-field activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
