Position ObjectiveTo drive business growth and market presence for Schneider MV and GE EHV Switchgearproducts across Gujarat by engaging with key customers, consultants, and EPCs, ensuringrevenue growth and long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for Schneider MV and GE EHVSwitchgear products in Gujarat.Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, utilities, andEPC contractors.Understand project specifications, technical requirements, and ensure appropriate productpositioning and approvals.Prepare and deliver effective technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment withcompany strategy.Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to drive engagement andclosure.Track and report market trends, competitor activities, and potential project opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, order processing, and delivery follow-up.Achieve assigned sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.Represent the company in technical discussions, trade shows, and industry forums withinthe region.Candidate RequirementsQualification: B.E. B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).Experience: Minimum 7 8 years of experience in Sales Marketing of Switchgear(MVEHV) and Transformers.Industry Exposure: Must have handled products from OEMs like Schneider, ABB,Siemens, GE, or similar.Territory Knowledge: Proven experience in Gujarat market with existing customer networkpreferred.Behavioural Skills: Proactive approach, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills,independent and result-oriented.Stability: Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating long-term tenure withprevious employers.Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat, strongcommunication, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.CompensationCommensurate with experience and industry standards.
