Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions including rooftop solar systems, solar EPC projects, solar AMC, and monitoring solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, proposal creation, and closing sales, while maintaining long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners Explain solar PV systems, ROI, savings, and government subsidies to customers Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost-benefit analysis Negotiate pricing and close deals within assigned targets Coordinate with execution and service teams for smooth project delivery Maintain CRM data, follow-ups, and sales reports Build and manage relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients Stay updated with solar policies, net-metering rules, and market trends Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy (preferred) MBA in Sales & Marketing (added advantage)
