Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies for Point-of-Sale Materials to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align POSM marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Product Knowledge:
• Possess a deep understanding of the products/services the company offers, as well as the target market and customer behavior.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the B2B space related to POSM.
• POSM Development:
• Work closely with design and production teams to develop effective Point of Sale Materials tailored for B2B clients.
• Collateral Creation:
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, catalogs, and other materials aimed at B2B customers.
• Sales:
• Own the revenue number. Attain/overachieve the assigned quota every quarter.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of POSM marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
• Relationship Building:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their needs and tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Creativity and innovation in developing effective B2B marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,866.03 per month
