IITMINDS is an established offline coaching institute based in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, offering classroom coaching for:

• Maharashtra State Board (Std 8, 9 & 10)
• JEE Main & JEE Advanced
• NEET-UG
• MHT-CET

We are hiring Marketing & Admissions Executives who can actively generate leads through field marketing and also handle walk-in enquiries at the centre and convert them into confirmed admissions.

Role Overview

This role involves regular outdoor marketing activities such as school visits, society visits, and seminars, along with handling walk-in enquiries and counselling parents and students at the centre.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, face-to-face interaction, and admission conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools (State Board, CBSE & ICSE) for outreach and promotion
• Conduct society visits, seminars, workshops, and student interactions
• Promote IITMINDS courses professionally in assigned areas
• Generate leads through outdoor marketing activities
• Handle walk-in enquiries at the centre
• Counsel parents and students regarding courses, fees, batches, and schedules
• Follow up with prospective students and parents
• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
• Maintain records of visits, leads generated, and admissions closed
• Coordinate with tele callers and academic team
• Achieve daily activity targets and monthly admission targets

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Marathi is mandatory; Gujarati is an added advantage
• Presentable personality with professional behaviour
• Comfortable with outdoor / field work
• Ability to interact confidently with parents, students, and school authorities
• Target-oriented and disciplined approach to work
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Prior experience in education marketing, field sales, or admissions preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills and willingness for field work may also apply

Working Days & Timings

• 6 days a week
• Fixed working hours (details during interview)
• Weekly off as per institute policy

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
