Job Description

Key Responsibilities :Sales:Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B, retail, and distribution channels. Meet with distributors, and retailers to pitch products. Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals. Follow up with clients and convert leads into confirmed orders. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Marketing : Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (online and offline). Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials (brochures, catalogs, social media posts). Work on brand positioning and awareness strategies in the target market. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Ensure timely delivery, installation, and customer support as needed. Address customer feedback, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Reporting and Coordination : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
