Job Description

As a Sales Marketing Executive at this company, your primary role will be to find new business opportunities, negotiate sales deals, and develop sustainable relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Finding new business opportunities through cold calling. - Convincing and selling the company's products and services. - Negotiating sales deals and contracts with clients. - Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. - Gaining comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance. - Taking and processing orders, and following up on any issues with products or services on behalf of the client. - Working with marketing teams to develop sales strategies. - Developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. - Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs. - Arranging business meetings with prospective clients. - Promoting the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients" objectives. - Reviewing sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines. - Interacting with clients and responding to important inquiries about the company's products or services. - Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. - Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. - Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. - Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers. - Developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or a relevant role. - Proven sales track record. - Experience in customer support is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce). - Proficiency in English, Bengali & Hindi (Mandatory). - Market knowledge. - Communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport. - Time management and planning skills.
