Job Description

As a Sales Marketing Executive at our company based in Kolkata, you will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and developing strong relationships with clients. We are seeking an ambitious and energetic individual who can work independently to expand our clientele. Your primary role will involve creating and implementing effective sales strategies. Your key responsibilities will include finding new business opportunities through cold calling, convincing and selling the company's products and services, negotiating sales deals and contracts with clients, and developing solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. You will be expected to have comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance, take and process orders, and follow up on any product or service-related issues on behalf of clients. Collaboration with marketing teams to devise sales strategies, conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, arranging business meetings with potential clients, and promoting the company's products/services to address or predict client objectives will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also review sales contracts to ensure compliance with legal and corporate guidelines, interact with clients to address inquiries about products or services, and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. To be successful in this role, you must have proven working experience as a business development executive or sales executive, with a strong sales track record. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, market knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport, and effective time management and planning skills are essential. Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is mandatory. This position offers a salary range of 15,000 to 22,000 based on interview performance and experience, with additional incentives on achieving minimum monthly sales targets. PF and PTax benefits will be provided after a 6-month probation period.
