Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to help us grow our customer base and drive revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.). Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Requirements: Experience in sales, marketing, or related field (1–3 years preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
