job description: As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Daspan Forex Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies and planning. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, targeting both existing and potential customers. Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing activities, results, and forecasts.Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
