We aim to deliver seamless travel experiences with customer satisfaction as our top priority. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable tour packages. Create and send customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transport, visas, and holiday packages. Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business. Marketing Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.). Create promotional posts, reels, offers, and festival campaigns. Assist in running paid ads and online promotions. Build partnerships with hotels, vendors, and B2B travel agencies. Participate in offline marketing activities—events, exhibitions, corporate visits, etc. Collect customer feedback and contribute ideas for brand growth. Required Skills Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred). Strong sales negotiation and convincing ability. Knowledge of domestic & international destinations (preferred). Basic understanding of air ticketing, hotel booking portals, and travel CRM tools. Social media handling & basic content creation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
