Are you energetic, results-driven, and passionate about sales and marketing? Join COSMIC ELECTRICALS & SANITARIES as a Marketing Executive and play a key role in driving sales, expanding our customer base, and strengthening our brand presence.

You’ll be the face of our business, building relationships with customers, visiting sites, and ensuring our products reach every project where quality matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation – Proactively generate sales of electrical, sanitary, and plumbing products by acquiring new customers and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Site Visits – Regularly visit construction sites and other relevant locations to identify opportunities, understand customer requirements, and secure orders.
• Customer Engagement – Showcase product features and benefits to potential buyers, and use persuasive communication skills to encourage purchases.
• Sales Reporting – Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and payments. Submit regular progress reports to management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: ₹9,000 per month
• Sales Commission: 2% of total sales orders (earn more based on performance)
• Fuel Allowance: ₹3/- per kilometer for site visits

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales/marketing (experience in electricals, plumbing, or construction materials preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler/vehicle (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
