Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and supporting overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Coordinate with design and content teams to produce promotional materials. Manage company website, blog, and social media platforms. Track campaign performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness. Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies. Monitor marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
