The role requires strong communication, business development, and client engagement skills. Candidates with knowledge of Crypto, Blockchain, and MLM industries will be given preference. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets. • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Promote company products and services through digital and offline channels. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery. • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Education: MBA in Sales / Marketing. • Experience: 2–3 years in sales & marketing. • Preferred Knowledge: Crypto, Blockchain, MLM. • Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English, strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance).
