Job Summary
We’re seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth for our WPC products. If you thrive in field sales, love building relationships with architects and builders, and are passionate about sustainable interiors, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the WPC and interior products space
• Identify and acquire new clients through direct field visits, presentations, and networking with builders, architects, and interior designers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and build a strong pipeline
• Showcase WPC products through live demonstrations, site visits, and promotional events
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction
• Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in sales or marketing within building materials, interiors, furniture, or related industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships with architects, builders, and designers
• Understanding of WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) products
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Creative approach to marketing and client engagement
• Customer-focused with excellent follow-up skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
