As a dynamic Marketing Executive for our Diwali gifting solutions, your role involves driving B2B sales and corporate partnerships. You should leverage your experience in pitching, client acquisition, and fostering long-term business relationships with corporates, institutions, and business houses. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach corporate clients, SMEs, MNCs, and institutions for Diwali gifting solutions. - Pitch product offerings, customize gifting options, and successfully close B2B deals. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize sales during the festive season. - Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers such as HR, Admin, Purchase Heads, and CXOs. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline, monitor progress, and achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and enhance client satisfaction. Requirements: - 5+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales/marketing, corporate gifting, or FMCG/retail industry. - Proficiency in communication & presentation skills in Marathi, English, and Hindi. - Strong negotiation skills coupled with a client-centric approach. - Ability to work autonomously and deliver results within a fast-paced festive season environment. - Having an established corporate network is considered a significant advantage.
