Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive located in Noida. The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and promoting sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for business growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to optimize our outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities in technical products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and present appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in business development activities, including cold-calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Travel to customer sites or other locations as needed for meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

• Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Sales Promotion skills
• Business Development and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
• Market Analysis and Trend Analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• B.Tech in any engineering discipline and MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in the water management industry is a plus
