1. Strong product/application knowledge in Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Hot Water Generators, Waste Heat Vessels, and other tailor-made industrial products.

2. Excellent networking skills to engage with key stakeholders and generate business opportunities.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.

4. Outstanding interpersonal skills to build lasting professional relationships.

5. Proficiency in organizing, planning, and executing strategies for sales targets.

6. Process and result-oriented mindset with solid analytical skills.

7. Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead Projects Sales, OEM Consultant Sales, and Corporate Key Accounts Sales, EPC ( Engineering, Procurement & Construction ) to achieve Annual Business Plan (ABP) targets.
• Ensure market coverage across geographies and industrial segments while analyzing key trends.
• Drive lead generation to maintain a strong inquiry pipeline and meet sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades and improvements in existing plants by understanding customer needs.
• Promote and sell Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Hot Water Generators, Waste Heat Vessels, and other customized products.
• Develop and generate business through identified OEMs and project sales.
• Preferred work experience in Pumps, Valves, Boilers, and Steam Engineering products.
