Job Description

* Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical/Automation/Mechatronics * Engaging with clients to understand their specific automation requirements and challenges. * Providing technical expertise to recommend appropriate automation solutions * Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. * Maintaining a strong understanding of automation products, their capabilities, and their applications * Effectively communicating technical information to clients and internal teams, including presentations and training * Working with internal teams, such as engineering and marketing, to develop and implement sales strategies * Solid understanding of automation technologies, control systems, and industrial processes * Strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals * Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to clients and internal teams * Ability to analyze customer needs, identify solutions, and resolve technical issues * Familiarity with the target industry (e.g., manufacturing, industrial automation, welding automation) * Prior experience in sales, particularly in the automation or industrial sector, is often preferred.
