Job Title: Sales Manager in ( two wheeler Showroom )

Experience Required: Minimum 3–8 Two Wheeler showroom

Location :- Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the showroom sales executives.
• Handle walk-in customers and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase repeat and referral sales.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of two-wheelers in the showroom.
• Coordinate with finance & insurance (F&I) teams for loan and insurance closures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RTO regulations, and documentation processes.
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Train sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Keep updated on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
• 3–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in automobile/two-wheeler showroom sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
