Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the Bangalore spa outlet(s) by achieving sales targets, developing corporate and individual client relationships, implementing promotional strategies, and ensuring exceptional client engagement. This role demands strong communication skills, a results-driven approach, and in-depth knowledge of the wellness/spa industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales & revenue targets for the spa outlet(s).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract high-value clientele, including corporate partnerships, hotel tie-ups, and walk-in customers.
  • Monitor daily sales reports, analyze performance, and take corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell spa services, memberships, and wellness packages.

2. Client Relationship & Communication

  • Build strong relationships with repeat customers and VIP clients to encourage loyalty.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and tact.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Ensure brand communication standards are maintained in all client interactions.

3. Business Development

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and events.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to promote Ode Spa Wellness.

4. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the front office, therapists, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Train and motivate front-line staff to improve their sales skills and client handling.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury services industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales & revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Knowledge of Bangalore market and existing corporate networks will be an added advantage.
