Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting market research, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and staying updated on industry trends and competitors activities.

Qualifications

• Sales Management and Leadership skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Experience in training and mentoring sales team members
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
