Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the sales team, achieving sales targets, creating sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves training and mentoring sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Proven experience in sales management and team development
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
