Job Description

• Managing a team of Sales Executive.

• Generate Home Loan leads from open markets and through different channels and completion of the team target and also cross sale other products like Vehicle Loan, CASA, Education Loan and Credit Cards

• Develop monitor and liaise with client/channel partner (Builder, DSA etc) including retention strategies for the region •

• Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target and arrange loan events in coordination with Cluster Head.

• Handle product queries and service issues.

• Providing necessary in-house & On-field training and guidance to team members.

• Process it ahead to the sales team by tagging interested & need to follow up on the leads.

• Leads to be forwarded to sales for maximum conversion till the file is disbursed.

• Mentor, train, and ensure optimum team/region performance in terms of revenue target achievement and increasing business.

• Originating high-value mandates, pre-sales, negotiations, and relationship maintenance.

• Responsible for knowing and complying with all legal requirements as per the law of land.

• Monitoring team on functioning as per the regulatory guidelines.

• Other duties or projects as assigned.
