Job Description We need our Sales head to shape our sales and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities. Responsibilities · Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals · Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning. · Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion · Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals · Work collaboratively across teams - including Product and Marketing · Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives · Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally · Responsible for Sales activities of the company. · Work in line with the Center Manager and with the marketing team to execute relevant marketing & activation tools to achieve business objectives. · Creating Sales strategy, pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and achieving the same · Responsible for ensuring that the brand guidelines are followed properly. · Enhance revenue from services, memberships and other products to achieve budgets. · Monitoring & making daily, weekly and monthly reports, along with other reporting's in line with business requirements · Grow sales and profitability by increasing revenues in existing setup · Responsible for generation of business from existing accounts and generation of new accounts and also look for smooth services. · Develop leads and leverage marketing and networking opportunities to create sales opportunities · Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. · To ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the center.
