Sales Manager DSA Channel

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage a network of
DSA (Direct Selling Agents)
to achieve sales targets for HL and LAP products.
Drive business with a focus on
50L+ ticket size
cases.
Recruit, train, and motivate team members to ensure productivity and performance.
Maintain strong relationships with DSAs and ensure smooth flow of leads and disbursals.
Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs to expand the channel network.
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, and Collections) for seamless customer experience.
Track market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop growth strategies.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Sales & Team Handling
.
Must have hands-on experience in
DSA channel
for
Home Loan / LAP
products.
Candidates from
NBFC
background preferred.

Banking candidates can be considered
only from Assets (Direct / DSA sourcing)
background not from CASA, Liabilities, or Insurance.

Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Good market knowledge of Hyderabad and nearby regions.
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
