We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive aftermarket sales for water pumps, oil pumps, and engine components for automobile applications in the Indian market.
Candidates with prior experience in water pump & oil pump industry and Engine components are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for aftermarket automotive components.
Develop dealer/distributor network across assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities & expand market share.
Conduct product training and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile; MBA preferred.
Min 10 years experience in automotive aftermarket sales.
Strong network in spare parts industry.
Good negotiation & communication skills.
Willing to travel extensively.
