Job Description

In charge of all Purchasing and Stores Activities in the Plant
Ensuring material availability for Production without any stoppage.
Coordinating with various Plant personnel & Purchasing as appropriate.
Complying with the statutory requirements related to Inventory Management.
Will be responsible for Material Availability for Production.
Will be responsible for Co-ordination between Plant Manufacturing Team, Suppliers and Purchasing Team.
Will be responsible for Conversion of Purchase Requests to Purchase Orders with Release of Schedules.
Will be monitoring the Job work related activities also
Will be responsible for the Store Engineers activities and do the required monitoring.
Will be circulating Daily/Weekly Reports as required by Purchasing Functions.
Will be responsible for Inventory Management activities.
