Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager based in Pune, you will play a vital role in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include managing a sales team, nurturing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and presenting sales MIS to evaluate performance effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Increase business share at existing customers and explore new business opportunities. - Boost revenue across all product lines. - Foster long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and coordination. - Enhance customer satisfaction by understanding and fulfilling their requirements promptly. - Develop annual sales budgets and ensure timely submission of sales reports. - Provide technical support to customers and address any complaints efficiently. - Promote products directly to end-users and expand the customer base. - Collaborate with the production and dispatch departments for seamless product supply. - Plan and implement marketing strategies in coordination with the management. Qualifications Required: - DME / BE in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Ceramic / BBA / MBA with 10-12 years of experience in Crucibles and Refractory product line. - Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management. - Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of the Crucibles, Refractories, or related industry. - Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi languages.
