IT Admin - SAP

You will be responsible for overseeing SAP & ERP management, IT Systems & Infrastructure, and User & Data Management at Zircar Refractories Limited. Your role will involve maintaining the company's IT systems to ensure smooth operations that support business processes. - **SAP & ERP Management:** - Maintain AMC contracts and ensure timely renewals. - Manage user restrictions, roles, and access controls. - Configure license types, numbering series for transactions, and branch creation. - Manage production order closures, and transaction notifications (validation SQL & post-transaction). - Generate customized and scheduled SAP reports. - Perform SAP database (DB) management including log file shrinking, backup scheduling, and server maintenance. - **IT Systems & Infrastructure:** - Manage email configurations (Post Master, hosting server, domain & website management) (preferred). - Handle mail configurations for top management. - Ensure data security, backup policies, and recovery procedures. - Oversee server health, uptime monitoring, and performance optimization (preferred). - Provide backend development and log management for IT operations. - **User & Data Management:** - Define and enforce user allowances & restrictions across all systems. - Monitor data ownership policies and ensure compliance with company standards. - Coordinate with departments to provide IT solutions for business processes. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / B.Sc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications in SAP, Database Management, or IT Infrastructure (preferred).
