Role Description Educational Qualification - B.Tech / B.Sc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications in SAP, Database Management, or IT Infrastructure (preferred). Key ResponsibilitiesSAP & ERP Management - Oversee SAP license management, including activation, renewal, and annual payments. - Maintain AMC contracts and ensure timely renewals. - Manage user restrictions, roles, and access controls. - Configure license types, numbering series for transactions, and branch creation. - Manage production order closures, and transaction notifications (validation SQL & post-transaction). - Generate customized and scheduled SAP reports. - Perform SAP database (DB) management including log file shrinking, backup scheduling, and server maintenance. IT Systems & Infrastructure - Manage email configurations (Post Master, hosting server, domain & website management) (preferred). - Handle mail configurations for top management. - Ensure data security, backup policies, and recovery procedures. - Oversee server health, uptime monitoring, and performance optimisation (preferred). - Provide backend development and log management for IT operations.
