Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Nashik. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate efforts to drive sales growth.

• Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in the power and electronics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Ability to work independently and lead a sales team
