Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Business development:

    Identify and acquire new clients requiring working capital solutions and build relationships with existing ones for renewals, enhancements, and cross-selling other bank products.
  • Sales and strategy:

    Develop and execute sales strategies, conduct market research, and promote new products through activities like events and expos.
  • Client and product management:

    Manage the entire loan lifecycle, from application and proposal submission to final disbursement and ongoing servicing.
  • Deal structuring:

    Analyze client financials and cash flows to propose suitable working capital solutions, structure customized offers, and negotiate terms and collateral.
  • Internal coordination:

    Work with internal teams such as credit, risk, operations, and legal to ensure smooth processing, approvals, and compliance
