Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for working capital products (e.g. cash credit, invoice discounting, supply chain financing, receivables finance)
  • Identify, prospect, and pitch to target clients (SMEs, corporates) who require working capital solutions
  • Analyze clients financials, creditworthiness, industry, cash flows to propose suitable working capital solutions
  • Structure customized offers, negotiate terms, pricing, collateral/security, and finalize contracts
  • Manage relationships with clients, ensure onboarding, support, and portfolio servicing
  • Coordinate with credit, risk, legal, operations teams to ensure approvals, documentation, compliance
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and ensure targets are met
  • Track performance metrics (conversion rates, deal size, sales per client, delinquency, etc.)
