**About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, establish strong client relationships, and expand our market presence in the private security sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients in corporate, residential, and commercial sectors. - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify market trends and opportunities to grow business. - Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets. - Collaborate with operations and management to ensure seamless service delivery. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in sales, preferably in private security services or related industries. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. - Knowledge of security services and solutions would be an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
